How to Track Your Order

After placing your VISIVRA order through BuyGoods, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. Once your package ships, a separate email containing your tracking number and carrier information will be sent. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. During peak demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Times

Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the ship date. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional time. International shipping availability and timeframes vary by destination.

Missing Confirmation Email

If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification, first check your spam or junk email folder. Ensure the email address used during checkout was entered correctly. If you still cannot locate it, contact BuyGoods customer support through the official VISIVRA product page with your full name and the email associated with your order.

Package Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package cannot be located within 48 hours, contact BuyGoods support for assistance. For packages that arrive damaged, photograph the damage and reach out to customer support promptly.
