Every VISIVRA purchase is protected by a complete 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your experience for any reason whatsoever, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price. This guarantee applies to all package sizes including the 2 bottle, 3 bottle, and 6 bottle options.
Contact the BuyGoods customer support team through the official VISIVRA product page within 60 calendar days of your original purchase date. Inform them that you would like to return your order for a refund. You will receive instructions including the return shipping address.
Ship all bottles back to the provided address. Both opened and sealed bottles are accepted. You do not need to have consumed the entire supply. Even if you have used some capsules, the guarantee still applies in full. Please use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Once your returned package is received by the fulfillment team, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund is issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 60 day window begins from the date of your original purchase, not the date you received the package. Only orders placed through the official VISIVRA website and processed by BuyGoods are eligible for this guarantee. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered.
